Tata Mumbai Marathon
The Tata Mumbai Marathon is India’s biggest marathon. First held in 2004, the marathon was awarded the IAAF Silver Label Road Race for 2009 and promoted to the top rated Gold Label for 2011. The day’s events also include a half marathon race and a timed 10K.
The Mumbai Marathon route includes the fabulous Bandra-Worli sea link as part of the marathon route. The Marathon starts and finishes at the majestic Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus (CST). There is a separate start for the half marathon, the event starting at Bandra and finishing at CST.
Registrations for the event start around July, with the race taking place on 3rd Sunday of January.
